We work with the body's energies to release any blockages of stagnant energy and to calm overactive energies that could result in stress and or dis-ease. We do this through Energy Healing, and Hands on Healing.

The Practitioner is not doing the healing, you are allowing the healing to happen.  The Practitioner is the facilitator in the session, a channel for the healing energies.  By our combined intentions we will allow in energy, light and information, thus, bringing about  positive changes.   When you and the practitioner are both open  and working as one, wonderful healing can take place, be it on the  mind, body or emotional level.

During the session, you will remain fully clothed and will experience no pain.
